1. Service Description

NASA Towing Services provides professional bike towing and transportation services including:

• Emergency bike towing services
• Interstate bike transportation
• Local bike towing within Bangalore
• Bike recovery and roadside assistance
• Secure bike storage and handling

2. Service Booking and Payment

Booking Process:

• Services can be booked via phone, email, or website
• Advance booking is recommended for interstate transport
• Emergency services are available 24/7

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
• Advance payment may be required for interstate transport
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses
• Ensuring the bike is accessible for towing
• Providing valid bike registration documents
• Removing personal belongings from the bike
• Being available at the scheduled pickup/delivery time
• Paying all applicable service charges

4. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Services are weather and traffic dependent
• We cannot tow bikes that are illegally parked
• Damaged bikes may require special handling
• Service availability may vary by location
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons

5. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability:

• We maintain comprehensive insurance for all transported bikes
• We are liable for damage caused by our negligence
• Pre-existing damage will be documented before transport
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Customer Liability:

• Customers are responsible for any illegal modifications
• Concealed damage must be reported before transport
• Personal belongings left in bikes are at customer's risk

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Emergency Services: No cancellation charges if cancelled before dispatch
• Scheduled Services: 24-hour notice required for cancellation
• Interstate Transport: 48-hour notice required for full refund
• No-Show: Full service charges apply if customer is not available
• Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information only for:

• Providing our towing services
• Processing payments and invoices
• Communicating about your services
• Improving our service quality

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters and extreme weather conditions
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Traffic accidents or road closures
• Mechanical failures of our equipment
• Labor disputes or strikes

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Second: Mediation through a neutral third party
• Third: Arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration laws
